We are a licensed, bonded, and fully insured family-owned professional cleaning company that specializes in residential, commercial buildings, and professional office services. If you prefer conventional cleaning (using harsher agents), we can handle tougher jobs such as deep cleans, foreclosure cleans, move-ins, move-outs, apartments, and more. If you have asthma and/or are chemically sensitive, we offer chemical-free cleaning using steam and an ionized water system which will not leave any chemical residue potentially dangerous to your family and pets. Microfiber cloths ensure more dirt and dust are trapped and removed from your home. While we prefer to use your vacuum to prevent cross-contamination, we will provide sealed HEPA vacuums. A Zing Zap Cleaning Service employs our staff members (no sub-contractors). They are nationally background checked, drug tested, pre-employment assessment testing, OTJ professional training while working with us, wear uniforms and ID, and are covered by Workman's Comp. In-home complimentary walk-throughs are performed for each job in order to provide accurate pricing and meet with homeowners to discuss solutions to cleaning problems.
