1. The service

GMBDatabase.com provides a business directory experience and optional paid data exports (e.g. CSV bundles). We may change features, pricing, or availability with reasonable notice where required.

2. Purchases and payment

Paid exports are processed by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe). You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information, including the email address used for delivery and receipts.

3. No refunds

All sales are final. Export purchases deliver digital goods (data files and download access). Because the product is delivered electronically and cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits except where mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise. If you believe a technical failure prevented access to a file you paid for, contact us at [email protected] with your Stripe receipt and checkout session details; we will work in good faith to restore access or correct delivery issues.

4. Data sourcing and acceptable use

Directory and export data are compiled from ethically sourced, publicly available, and/or licensed inputs, then merged and processed for consistency. We do not claim affiliation with Google or any listing platform. You agree to use the data only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable privacy, marketing, telemarketing, and anti-spam laws (including consent and do-not-contact rules where they apply).

You may not use the data to harass, defraud, stalk, discriminate, or send unlawful communications. You are responsible for your own compliance when contacting businesses or individuals inferred from the dataset.

5. License to use exports

Subject to these terms and payment where required, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased exports for your internal business or personal purposes. Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of raw or substantially complete extracts (except as allowed by law) may require separate written permission — contact us for enterprise or redistribution licensing.

6. Disclaimers

The directory and exports are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy. Records may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GMBDatabase.com and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or exports. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific export giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

8. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the data, violation of these terms, or violation of third-party rights.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where allowed by law. Material changes may be noted with an updated “Last updated” date.
