We specialize in small to medium size companies that need general IT work done. We can come to the business as little as 1 hour a month, if that is all that is needed. We do everything from general troubleshooting of computer systems to full service servers with exchange and advanced security permissions. We also service residential users who have small network issues or would like help with networking, or general computer issues. We pride ourselves on getting the job done right and customer satisfaction. We have two people in our business right now. We plan on growing as the demand for our services becomes greater. We do not use any subcontractor. When you call, you get one of the owners of the company. We do have a $50 minimum for home visits, but we do not charge for travel. Our regular rates are $75 per hour, billed in 15 min increments after the first hour. We say “If we can’t fix it, you don’t pay!”. We have specials that run almost every month found on our website. We feel that computers should help people not hinder them. We pride ourselves on our personalize and our patients in explaining what exactly we are doing and how their system works.
