I am a tile contractor with 10+ years of dedicated working experience. I work alone and do subcontract work for other Contractors. I normally receive half payment of the estimate before starting work to pay for materials and the work to begin. I normally receive the next quarter of the total estimate when I reach the halfway point, and then the remainder of the amount after completion. I do discounts for larger projects but I don't do financing.
